Hostería del Temple is a very traditional pincho-bar: the decorations are very classic and it is smaller than other bars throughout Pamplona since the roof is lower. There are not many places for you to sit down and eat pinchos but it is very normal for clients to request and pincho and eat them standing. The service was good but not great and in general the bar was very clean.

 

Moskovita was a very good pincho, thin it is egg, jam and cheese fried. The one served was a bit greasy, it’s taste was awesome, but not impressive. The size of the pincho was good in proportion to the 1,80 euros payed. The presentation was a bit messy, but again, it did not bother me because after all, it’s still a pincho.

 

Hostería del Temple is a good pincho-bar that is a bit separated from the other bars that are immediately next to the Plaza del Castillo. However, I think that the walk to the street Curia (where the bar is) is beautiful and it is a place that I recommend since the prices are low and the taste is incredible. Also you are able to experience a true pincho night out: the places are small and crowded but also you are in a place where the environment is truly traditional.
