Zanpa has a high class feel as soon as you walk in the door. It is more common to find adults in this bar, than the university students that commonly visit the ones next door. Every pincho is beautifully crafted, and the high quality is obvious. A kind staff member attended to all my questions and served me with a smile. The “Chango” was delicious, and something I would definitely order again. It tasted like a crab cake would, but in a softer paste form. The mayo and sweet peppers it was accompanied with were fabulous addition, and ones that should be eaten all together. I used my knife and spread all 3 components over the bread and loved every bite. I am looking forward to the next time i'm in the city center, so that I can re order this pincho.
