Bar Gaucho is located in Calle Espoz y Mina, 7, Pamplona and gives us a classy and traditional take for the european pub. There are tall tables on the outside for whoever wants to enjoy their food along with the day. On the inside, it feels warm and homey as if you were welcomed into a houseparty to celebrate with all your friends. Their specialities were three: huevos trufados con trozos de bacon, anguila ahumada con gelatina de tomate and pincho de foi. The huevos trufados may seem to be of peculiar texture, but the taste makes it the more deserving of its recognition. The next one was the smoked eel; although the tomato gelatine may be for some an odd addition to the dish, it completely works together with the overall taste. And finally, the foie pincho; in my humble opinion, the best one. Even though they surpassed themselves with the oil limit, the foie was exceptional.
