Cafe Iruña is a very famous and old bar in Pamplona. It is said that it was one of Ernest Hemingway's favorite places in Pamplona (he was known to love Pamplona and spent a lot of time in the small city), and there is a small statue of him there. This is one of the most iconic bars in Pamplona. It is also very large with plenty of space both inside and outside for you to enjoy. Nevertheless, this bar is much more for sitting down and having a meal with a group than coming in for a few bites. The place is very pleasant, with good food and service.

 

I do have to mention, however, that if you sit outside you might need to search for the waiters as there are a few that walk around and they might not see you straight away. Their selection of food is large and therefore can easily accommodate all kinds of eaters. I would recommend this for a larger group that is looking to have some good cheap food and drinks!
